[Ship/Marine] Senior Commissioning Manager - Basic $11k/Islandwide transport

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers for QA surveillance, inspections, and documentation.
• Develop and implement the Quality Assurance Plan and ensure compliance with QMS.
• Establish and review Acceptance Test Plans (ATP), FAT, HAT, and PAT protocols.
• Oversee commissioning of shipboard machinery, electrical, and automation systems.
• Monitor and manage the Commissioning/HAT Plan based on the project schedule.
• Ensure safety, risk assessment, and productivity of the commissioning team.
• Coordinate with suppliers/OEMs to manage scope, budget, and resources effectively.
• Conduct regular meetings to track commissioning progress and resolve technical issues.
• Oversee manpower planning, training needs, and resource management.
• Lead and manage the E-Ops team for sea trials and ensure compliance with safety audits.

Requirements

• Candidate with Marine, Electrical or Electronic Engineering background are welcome to apply.
• Candidate with Shipboard & Sea Going/Sea Trial experience are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge and onboard exposure for ship and machinery system/electrical & automation system operation will be a bonus.
