Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Basic troubleshooting, installation, calibration, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
  2. Completing Preventative Maintenance/calibration.
  3. Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
  4. Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
  5. Utilising the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
  6. Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts or contract renewals.
  7. Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Candidate should be Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical trained with qualifications from polytechnics or relevant institutions.
  2. Possess some basic IT related experience.
  3. Possess minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with limited working experience will also be considered.
  4. Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
  5. Possess a valid driver’s license 2/3.
  6. Should have basic level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  7. Candidates are required to perform outdoor servicing of equipment and work in warm/humid environment.

Working Conditions

  1. Working in the area of laboratories, schools, and hospitals.
  2. Outdoor work environment depending on equipment location at customer's site.
