Temporary Admin Assistant (3 months)

The incumbent will help with the logistics and coordination of Family Day (FD) and also other administrative duties. Duties would be as follows:

  1. Administrative duties
  2. Coordinate, track and consolidate FD ticket orders, meal voucher orders
  3. Attend and handle any queries on FD by shared services admin and staff
  4. Prep data file for salary / flex ben deduction
  5. Assist in preparing letters to staff and in coordinating the distribution of tickets and meal vouchers
  6. Assist in liaison with events management

Requirements

  1. Possess a minimum of NITEC or GCE “O” level qualifications
  2. Fresh school leavers are also welcome to apply
  3. Good organizational skills and be attentive to details
  4. Effective communication skills and a team player
  5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
