Responsibilities:
Coordinating and supervising construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations
Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise
Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to effectively manage project timelines and budgets
Providing technical support and guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Maintaining accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material/equipment tracking
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Site Engineer or in a similar construction management role
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects within agreed timelines and budgets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment
