Project Site Engineer, Construction (C&S)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and supervising construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise
• Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to effectively manage project timelines and budgets
• Providing technical support and guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material/equipment tracking
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Site Engineer or in a similar construction management role
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects within agreed timelines and budgets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment
