Job Summary

As Management Consultant at Belt Road Capital Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and process improvements within the organization. Working closely with business development, operations, human resources, and administrative teams, you will develop and implement change management strategies to enhance business growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Your expertise in project management methodologies and risk assessment will ensure successful project delivery while maintaining transparency for senior stakeholders.

This role requires a dynamic professional who can analyze business systems, facilitate cross-departmental communication, and manage project risks from inception to completion. You will also provide oversight on project workflows, support internal quality assurance testing, and contribute to post-implementation reviews to ensure sustained improvements. What you will do:

  • Collaborate with business development, operations, human resources and administration or other teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives and solutions to enable business growth and control improvement.
  • Leverage project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile) and governance tools to provide transparency to senior stakeholders on project scope, timelines, budget and delivery risks.
  • Identify and manage project risks from inception to completion while driving resolutions and risk & issue mitigants.
  • Gather data and perform detailed analysis to understand business operations to enhance operations and workflows, including interviewing members across departments to obtain input regarding problem areas.
  • Determine effective solutions for current issues and presenting proposals to management.
  • Oversee the implementation of solutions and ensuring that the company has the necessary resources and support to successfully conclude projects.
  • Lead and facilitate communication on key project matters (incl. reporting and escalations) across departments or teams, including business development, operations, human resources and administrative or other.
  • Provide oversight on the project book of work, ensuring cross project dependencies, risks, and budget are proactively managed.
  • Facilitate the performance of internal quality assurance testing, migration plans and post implementation reviews.
  • Enhance knowledge management systems for key documentation and reference materials for ongoing and future initiatives, while ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Facilitating workshops to ensure that employees are properly informed and trained, including guiding of team members on accessing and using approval, file management, or other systems, and on various best practices such as for file organization, version control, and collaborative tools.
  • Support in relevant office administration, including minute documentation, secretarial duties for meetings, and other forms of staffing.

What you should bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a business analysis, operations or management, or project or program management function.
  • Experience in consulting is also advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and business analysis experience, including process analysis
  • Strategic thinker able to identify cross functional issues, provide innovative solutions, and communicate the implications of solutions across existing processes, systems and teams
  • Project management skills including project scope definition; project issues, challenges, risks definition; status reporting; testing, monitoring and evaluation.
  • A proven track record of scoping and driving delivery of projects. Has delivered results in a cross functional team setting, on time and to budget.
  • Experienced in driving collaboration and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to perform problem solving and solution analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral; confident in interaction with senior stakeholders.
