Handling walk-in clients at retail storefront, encompassing both sales and buyback transactions during office hours.
Effectively engage in customer interactions, offering product knowledge and making tailored recommendations to guide purchasing decisions.
Accurately evaluate and assess purity and value of items (both bullion and scrap) brought in by customers for potential repurchase, adhering to established buyback policies and guidelines.
Providing assistance in phone, online, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, including addressing customers’ concerns and issue resolution.
Reach out to prospective clients and collaborate with internal teams for successful acquisition and onboarding of clients.
Ensuring and performing KYC/AML/IPPC filing and client onboarding support and related requirements.
Achieve team sales objectives and outcomes to meet agreed monthly/quarterly targets.
Requirements
Past experience in jewellery/pawnshop/retail front facing customer engagement.
Responsible team player with self directed initiative.
Strong interpersonal skills with service-oriented personality.
Able to start work immediately.
5 days work week, with alternate Saturday half day work reimbursable by Off-in-lieu compensation.
