Operational Risk - Associate (Asset Management)

We are currently partnering with a leading asset management firm that is looking to hire an experienced professional for an Operational Risk role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in operational risk management to contribute to the firm's risk framework and ensure the effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational risks across the organization.

Responsibilities

1. Monitoring and managing operational risk.
2. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Implementing risk control strategies.
4. Working closely with various business units to identify potential risks and assess their impact.
5. Ensuring that mitigation plans are in place.
6. Conducting risk assessments, preparing reports, and presenting findings to senior management.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in operational risk management, preferably within the asset management or financial services sector, along with strong analytical and communication skills. A deep understanding of risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation strategies will be essential.
