Responsibilities:
Understand the full-funnel solutions of Online Marketing, including but not limited to user acquisition, user re-engagement, search, branding and lead generation
Drive market-leading ROI and analyse the optimal mix of digital campaigns to achieve KPIs through data-driven recommendations
Collaborate with local marketing teams to provide strategies from an online marketing aspect to achieve overall marketing objectives. Understand each market’s different needs and cultures by deep diving into the marketing campaigns
Monitor the effectiveness of online campaigns and proactively offer ideas and solutions for ongoing enhancements
Collaborate with Account Managers within the Online Marketing team and local marketing teams, as well as financial planning teams to plan budgets, pacing and upcoming campaigns and tests
Act as the main point of contact between Account Managers and local marketing teams on coordination of resources needed to deliver successful online marketing campaigns
Handle ad-hoc requests and discussion topics from local marketing teams and local country leads
Own the Online Marketing strategy and budget for the assigned market, and work directly with the local country leads, marketing lead and Business Intelligence Lead
Requirements:
Bachelors’ degree in business administration, business analytics or other quantitative majors
1-3 years of hands-on experience with major online marketing channels
Excellent communication skills to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English
Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable with interacting with senior management
Working knowledge of paid media analytics, tracking and reporting platforms
Proven analytical skills with the ability to deliver data-driven results
