Position Summary

The Merchant Services Officer needs to constantly communicate and engage with merchants in getting relevant information / documents for merchant profile screening. He / She will undertake job duties assigned within Merchant Services Team and to support Sales & Channels department.

Key Responsibilities

1. Merchant engagement in getting relevant information / documents as part of rectification / merchant screening engagement.
2. Problem solving and handling of assigned ad-hoc duties.
3. Handle duty assigned and to provide assistance to Sales & Channels department as required.
4. Assisting in data extraction, data entry and data validation.

Requirements

1. GCE 'O' Level & above.
2. Minimum one year of experience in a dynamic working environment is preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Detail-oriented, able to multi-task & meticulous, well-organized with good time management skills.
5. Experience in processes and record-keeping.
6. Ability to work under pressure, adhere to meeting timelines and frequent dynamic requests from managers.
7. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. A team player with strong work ethics and principles.
9. With problem-solving skills.
