Prenatal Preparation Planning

Production plan management, special plan formulation and implementation, mainly to supervise the achievement of project nodes, ensuring the whole process meets the requirements of safety, quality, cost, and schedule.

Production management and support, including the review of the weekly/monthly production report of the project and the organization of various meetings of the project.

Qualifications (General):

1. College degree or above, major in marine engineering; more than 5 years of relevant work experience in shipbuilding/offshore engineering and project management.
2. Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, systems, and system documents of the major.
3. Proficient in English/Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing for ease of liaising with clients in China.
4. Good teamwork and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
5. Proficient in the use of office software and CAD.
