Account Executive

Job Description:

1. Handle full set of accounts
2. Handle Account Payable & Account Receivable and report to Directors on AR Listing
3. Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes for customers
4. Manage Revenue & Receivable accounting and Internal Audit Functions
5. Answer customer phone calls & reply to client emails
6. Ensure accurate and timely closing of ledger systems on a monthly basis
7. Bank reconciliation and journal entries
8. Prepare monthly installment within the stipulated time
9. Prepare audit schedule and relevant documents for audits
10. Check through admin close file entries thoroughly
11. Guide new staff on system
12. Liaise with auditor on queries and provide documentation
13. Sales commission computation

Job Requirement:

1. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
2. Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
3. Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
4. Good communication skills

1. Located at Ubi (nearby Ubi MRT station)
2. 5 working days (Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

1. Monday to Friday
