HR Coordinator (Proficient in Korean Language / West)

We are partnering with a Global MNC based in Korea hiring for a HR coordinator. The candidate must be proficient in KOREAN LANGUAGE as this role requires the candidate to liaise with Korea-based counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly payroll processing for expats/dispatched personnel, ensuring accurate data sharing with the Payroll Specialist and thorough review via payroll reports and SAP systems.
• Manage benefits administration for expats/dispatched personnel, including timely application and renewal of insurance, visas, and other necessary documentation.
• Assist the team leader in implementing internal procedures, enhancing process efficiency, and improving overall results.
• Coordinate with HQ in Korea to facilitate the selection, onboarding, and offboarding of expats/dispatched personnel.
• Support the team leader in tasks assigned by HQ in Korea, such as updating the organizational chart, tracking personnel status, and managing reorganizations.
• Contribute to HR projects and handle additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations.
• Well-versed in Singapore labour policies and employment laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a keen interest in HRIS, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency (written & oral) in KOREAN (TOPIK II-Level 4 or equivalent) as this role requires the candidate to liaise with Korea-based counterparts.
