HR Assistant / Account Assistant (AR)
Job description
Assist in general human resource and administrative support.
Maintain and update administrative files and records.
Handle email correspondence and letters.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts receivables/inventory functions.
- Data entry of all invoices into the system.
- Perform monthly Accounts Receivables closing reconciliations for transferring to General Ledger.
- Preparation of balance sheets, inventory and expenses schedules.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level or Certificate/Diploma in related discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a HR environment.
- Mature, well-organised and able to work independently.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and with high level of initiative.
- Candidate with good customer service but with keen attitude to pick up accounting can apply too.
- Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Additional Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma, ITC/NTC, N-Level, O-Level.
- Years Exp: 1.
- Salary: Up to $2,200.
- Location: East, West.
- Contract, Contract-Perm, Full Time, Permanent.
