Job description

Assist in general human resource and administrative support.

Maintain and update administrative files and records.

Handle email correspondence and letters.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts receivables/inventory functions.
  • Data entry of all invoices into the system.
  • Perform monthly Accounts Receivables closing reconciliations for transferring to General Ledger.
  • Preparation of balance sheets, inventory and expenses schedules.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level or Certificate/Diploma in related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a HR environment.
  • Mature, well-organised and able to work independently.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and with high level of initiative.
  • Candidate with good customer service but with keen attitude to pick up accounting can apply too.
  • Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Additional Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma, ITC/NTC, N-Level, O-Level.
  • Years Exp: 1.
  • Salary: Up to $2,200.
  • Location: East, West.
  • Contract, Contract-Perm, Full Time, Permanent.
