1. Supervise and coordinate work activities of cleaning staff within all company buildings.
2. Assign duties and inspect work performed in accordance with the 'Daily Inspection Checklist' to ensure conformance to specifications and standards.
3. Investigate complaints and feedback, taking corrective actions where relevant.
4. Maintain site cleaning supplies, chemicals, consumables, and equipment to ensure availability and serviceability at all times.
5. Conduct regular inventory checks of cleaning supplies and maintain all cleaning equipment to ensure seamless execution of daily cleaning activities.
6. Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to cleaners, ensuring quality and timely delivery of cleanliness standards.
7. Train new and existing employees, recommending upgrade training courses when applicable.
8. Prepare timely and accurate periodic reports for superiors.
9. Ensure good safety practices during work.
10. Handle feedback promptly and amicably.
11. Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
