Thin Film Equipment Engineer/Senior Engineer

We’re searching for an Engineer/ Senior Engineer to be part of our Thin Film department's diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for supporting Thin Film Equipment startup, maintenance, and related activities to support daily production and achieve operation targets.

What you will be working on:

1. Support CVD/PVD equipment engineering related activities to achieve operation targets and meet company objectives.
2. Participate in Continuous Improvement for Cost, Yield, Productivity, and Uptime.
3. New Equipment Startup and Relocation to support Production Plan.
4. Tool Ownership and accountability for Uptime, Wafers scrap, Parts Management, Equipment Down Memo Reduction.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve Equipment issues to support daily production.
6. Review and optimize equipment maintenance procedures.
7. Consumable and spare management to ensure adequate provision.
8. Participate in technology transfer from motherfab.
9. Participate in the implementation of TSMC/NXP BKMs and generate SSMC BKMs.
10. Update of OIs and SOPs to document real and best practices.
11. Preventive Maintenance Planning and alignment of schedule with Manufacturing.
12. Conduct Training and certification for new PM crew in terms of Hands-on and Theory.
13. Drive Manufacturing for Monitoring Time reduction to improve Uptime.
14. Lead/Participate in Transform Platform and generate LSS, BKMs, and Trade Secrets for value creation for the company.
15. Able to perform weekend 12-hour shift or Swing Shift or any shift pattern as defined by Manager.

More About You:

1. Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Electronic).
2. 1-3 years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
3. 5 years direct experience in CVD equipment for Diploma holders.
4. Knowledge in the following tool types: AMAT Endura, Centura WxZ, Novellus Altus, Tel Scrubber, Jusung Eureka.
5. At least 3 years’ experience in the same field will be considered for the senior position.
6. A strong background and experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
