We are seeking an experienced onsite technician to join our team. As an onsite Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and troubleshooting our products to ensure optimal performance and functionality. You will have the chance to work on a variety of Prism products. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide onsite technical support and assistance to customers in resolving hardware and software issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems.
Repair or replace faulty components at customer sites.
Maintain detailed service records, repairs, and equipment inventory.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects and assignments.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior or manager.
Minimum Requirements:
Min O-Level or equivalent. Relevant certifications or vocational training is a plus.
Min 2 years’ experience as a Refrigerator/Ceiling Fans/Television/Monitor onsite Technician or similar role.
Familiarity with electrical/android systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Valid Class 3/3A driver's license or equivalent SG driving license.
