The Infection Control Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and implementation of a comprehensive hospital-wide Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) program. This role includes designing effective IPC strategies, ensuring compliance with health regulations, providing staff training, conducting audits and risk assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to manage and mitigate infection risks.
Requirements:
Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
Degree in Nursing, Infection Control Certified Degree in Public Health, or Advanced Diploma in Infection Control
Completion of the APSIC Course
Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant duties and responsibilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
Familiarity with infection control and quality improvement standards
