Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and review of administrative and student support systems.
• Manage a team of staff in relation to student academic matters, programme advising, and student orientation and graduation.
• Oversee management of timetabling and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services and operational efficiency.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

• Work closely with the academic directors to develop, implement, and review administrative and student support systems.
• Review and streamline processes associated with academic and student administration.
• Maintain a close rapport and relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business or related areas.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in administration or education programme management.
• Strong ability to acquire and apply knowledge of University academic policies and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Financial and budgeting skills, with experience in managing resources within a budgetary framework.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
