Medical Technologist (shifts, healthcare) #HCL

Responsibilities:

• Perform various medical procedures and investigations related to paediatric urology and surgery, such as urodynamics studies, uroflowmetry, and other outpatient procedures.
• Charge and schedule the necessary support for procedures requiring sedation or anaesthesia.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and ready for use.
• Assist with patient instructions and documentation for follow-up procedures.
• Compile and report results for doctors to verify, ensuring timely dispatch to clinics/wards.
• Maintain patient records, inventory of supplies, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Address patient inquiries and feedback, ensuring good service recovery.
• Handle phone enquiries and manage communication with patients and healthcare teams.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Medical Science or related field.
• Computer literate with good interpersonal and communication skills.
