Technical Lead

Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow team lead to oversee project delivery in development, integration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for our clients across various platform workflows. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ServiceNow and experience in leading teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the team in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
2. Develop and maintain technical specifications and deliverables as required.
3. Provide oversight and unit testing of code, guiding the project team and client through the UAT process.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
2. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow or a similar ITSM solution with hands-on experience in client delivery.
3. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist certification is mandatory.
4. Hands-on experience in development, deployment, and integration of ServiceNow or other IT workflow platforms.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
