Job Description
Managing the HRIS System @ SuccessFactor, i.e., prompt update of new/changes of employee's database with maximum accuracy.
Administering the part-time/intern recruitment and processes.
Maintaining personnel files for all employees.
Assisting in payroll processing.
Conducting orientation for new employee(s) on their first day.
General administration and human resources related tasks (e.g., quarterly orientation, employment contracts, setup of new personal files, new hire guides, leave applications, overtime, etc.).
Providing guidance and training to employees on the HRIS system.
Assisting and cooperating with the team on any other tasks that are not listed above as and when the team is short-handed.
Any other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned.

Up to $3500 basic + KPI Achievement Incentive + 1 month completion bonus.

Timing
5-day Mon to Fri office hours work week excluding weekends and public holidays.
Requirements
Min Diploma in Human Resource related field.
Min 1 to 2 years of working experience in a generalist role in human resources.
Familiarity with payroll systems.
Microsoft Office skills such as VLOOKUP and PivotTable in Excel.
