HR & Admin Exec (Construction/ 5 Days)
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Full spec. HR roles including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits
- Maintain HR database and Manpower Project allocation
- Perform work pass application, renewal, and cancellation
- Monitor and renew company certificates (BCA/ Slots/ Bizsafe) and Insurance
- IR8A / IR21 submission
- Liaise with MOM on HR matters, such as HR statistical reports and surveys
- Monitor and update CSOC & Core Trade course for workers
- Support in the day-to-day HR and Admin duties
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the Construction sector, able to work independently
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
- Knowledge of labor laws, policies, and regulations
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates)
