Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Full spec. HR roles including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits
  • Maintain HR database and Manpower Project allocation
  • Perform work pass application, renewal, and cancellation
  • Monitor and renew company certificates (BCA/ Slots/ Bizsafe) and Insurance
  • IR8A / IR21 submission
  • Liaise with MOM on HR matters, such as HR statistical reports and surveys
  • Monitor and update CSOC & Core Trade course for workers
  • Support in the day-to-day HR and Admin duties
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the Construction sector, able to work independently
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
  • Knowledge of labor laws, policies, and regulations
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates)
