Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Able to configure/ support CISCO, Fortinet, Firewall & Antivirus, and other security software.
2. Experience with CISCO core switches, Access Points (Wireless) such as Aironet / Meraki / HP Aruba is a plus.
3. Familiarize with CISCO Network LAN & WAN design.
4. Pre-sales to Point to Point and Client VPN.
5. Setup and perform troubleshooting with network technical skills, including CISCO Routers, CISCO Switches, wireless devices, Fortinet Firewalls, and system management tools like Network Analysis.
6. Install WINDOWS Server O/S, WIN 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Platform for Servers, and PCs with hands-on experience in setup and configuration.
7. Knowledge of setup/configure VMWare, Exchange Server, SQL, and Virtual Server, along with hardware configuration experience (Server, external backup, UPS) in FAS System, HPE Storage, Synology NAL, etc.

Requirements:

1. Unified Communication experience is desirable but not necessary.
2. Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or other professional certificates would be advantageous.
3. High School Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer Studies.
4. Minimum of 3 years of systems support with System Integration (SI) experience is preferred but not necessary.
