BIM Modeler

Responsibilities:

1. To generate and update disciplinary models based on authority drawings.
2. To combine models taken from multiple stakeholders.
3. To work closely with coordinators and engineers from relevant stakeholders and ensure the quality of the models provided by them.
4. To facilitate clash detection using the combined model to identify and report problems to engineers in advance.
5. To support the BIM Manager in established work processes.
6. To create documents and construction drawings, including but not limited to shop drawings or Combined Service Drawings complying with the given CAD standards.
7. To conduct model quality assurance to ensure the flawless information conveyance in its geometric shape and its parameters (or attributes) based on 2D drawings, sketches, documents, and others.
8. To complete BIM deliverables on time as required.
