HR Executive (Up to 4k | Pioneer)

Adecco is partnering with a renowned private leasing company and they are looking for an HR Executive to work alongside the directors to grow the HR team.

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity; Salary up to $4,000 + AWS + VB
• Location: Pioneer; bus transport from Joo Koon
• Working hours: Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm

The Job:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions such as payroll, compensation & benefits administration, and other HR operations matters.
• Process CPF contributions, tax filing (IR8A, IR21), and other statutory requirements in compliance with MOM and IRAS regulations.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

The Talent:

• Diploma/Degree in HR or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of payroll experience.
• Proficiency in payroll system; Easypay.
