Administrative Coordinator
Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare operation schedule daily
- Handle customers’ requests accordingly via WhatsApp, emails, or phone calls
- Handle sales entries from e-commerce site
- Co-ordinate and communicate with operation staff & customers when changes in schedule arise
- Other ad hoc admin duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
To succeed in this role, we need you to be:
- Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Excel
- Not afraid of using digital systems
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pleasant, with good interpersonal & communication skills; meticulous and analytical
- Strong initiative and self-motivated with a good learning mindset
- Able to work in a team
- Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities
- At least a Diploma certificate
- Meticulous and responsible to work under minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and positive mindset
- Able to prioritize tasks and workload
Other Information:
- Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday - Friday)
