Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare operation schedule daily
  • Handle customers’ requests accordingly via WhatsApp, emails, or phone calls
  • Handle sales entries from e-commerce site
  • Co-ordinate and communicate with operation staff & customers when changes in schedule arise
  • Other ad hoc admin duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

To succeed in this role, we need you to be:

  • Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Excel
  • Not afraid of using digital systems
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Pleasant, with good interpersonal & communication skills; meticulous and analytical
  • Strong initiative and self-motivated with a good learning mindset
  • Able to work in a team
  • Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities
  • At least a Diploma certificate
  • Meticulous and responsible to work under minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and positive mindset
  • Able to prioritize tasks and workload

Other Information:

  • Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday - Friday)
