What You’ll Do:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
    • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.
    • Organize and participate in job fairs and career events to attract top talent.
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including delivering engaging onboarding programs.
  2. Compensation & Benefits
    • Assist in developing and implementing competitive salary and benefits programs.
    • Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and stay updated on industry trends.
    • Propose innovative solutions to enhance employee performance and workplace satisfaction.
  3. Learning & Development
    • Support the team in designing and administering learning and development programs.
    • Source relevant training programs and apply for training grants.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and generate learning reports.
  4. HR Operations & Employee Relations
    • Maintain accurate employee records related to hiring, termination, leaves, and promotions.
    • Develop and implement fair HR policies while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
    • Be a trusted point of contact for employee queries, fostering a positive workplace culture.
    • Handle any ad-hoc HR projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Skills & Knowledge:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
    • Strong understanding of HR policies and employment regulations in Singapore.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  3. Experience: At least 2 years in an HR generalist role preferred, butfresh graduates with a strong passion for HR are welcome to apply!
  4. Bonus Points: Experience in the education industry or knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
  5. Mindset: A team player with a “can-do” attitude and a keen eye for detail.
