Develop and implement structural optimization schemes for customized reinforcement configuration in reinforced concrete components.
Conduct mechanical testing on steel-concrete composite elements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure that all project milestones are achieved on schedule.
Document findings comprehensively and prepare detailed reports for further analysis and review.
Qualifications
PhD degree (or an equivalent degree) in Civil Engineering, Built Environment, Material Science, or related fields.
Experience in research for structural optimization is desirable.
Strong computational analysis skills and proficiency in using laboratory equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
