Full spectrum digital ads management, including but not limited to, ad buy, conceptualising content, implementing effective campaigns, analysing data, and evaluating campaign performance based on the planned marketing calendar.
Manage brands' local and international SEO and SEM efforts.
Conduct market and consumer research and stay abreast of emerging digital trends, tools, and platforms, implementing accordingly.
Perform digital marketing analytics, prepare reports, and share key insights with the team to develop optimisation plans, including managing platforms for outreach and possible international stockist on a monthly basis.
Maintain and regularly update website and other digital company presence to improve overall client web UX.
Inventory management and evaluating sales performance online and in retail locations.
Implement and improve e-commerce SOP and recommend improvement projects on a quarterly basis.
Coordinate with relevant parties and agencies to ensure consistency in marketing strategies across all channels.
Support the marketing team and provide ad-hoc support to relevant teams, including but not limited to events support, client relationship management, and retail operations.
Oversee global luxury e-commerce operations, budget planning and review, and evaluate and improve ROAS.
Measure, assess, implement, and optimise digital performance metrics.
Lead and collaborate with the company's digital agencies.
Conduct periodic visits to the flagship store to understand business marketing needs.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any equivalent discipline.
Strong understanding of Shopify and proven expertise in e-commerce.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.
At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in B2B and retail consumer industry.
Experience in a digital marketing agency and prior experience in the luxury brand industry.
Proven expertise in B2C social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM (Mailchimp preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An eye for luxury branding and a keen understanding of its nuances.
Ability to prioritise work and complete tasks diligently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
Experience and interest in video production and/or video editing tools such as iMovie, Premiere Pro, etc. is a plus.
