In charge of the full spectrum of finance and management accounting of the assigned entities (Eg: strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting, timely preparation and submission of management & statutory accounts, year-end audits, corporate & tax compliance, risk management & internal controls, company secretarial matters)
Responsible for transactional accounting, General Ledger and Month-End closing
Assist in preparation of monthly Management Accounts and Finance Analysis
Responsible for Accuracy of Expenses Classifications
Enforce good Corporate Governance and compliance to internal audits.
Supervise Finance team to ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and adherence to Group Accounting Policies
Handle Grant negotiations, applications, administration, process flow management and claims
Participate in corporate projects such as ERP system implementation, process improvement, policy and procedures to enhance corporate excellence for the Group.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA a plus
At least 7 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of ERP system e.g. Dynamics 365 Business Central
Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
