Skills: HR Operations, HR Administration and Office Support
Our client is an established Singapore Technology Business involved in IT Security related products and distribution as well as technical services across various products in Infrastructure, Network and Security.
As they are expanding their business, they are looking for a HR Executive handling HR operations such as Employee Relations, Recruitment, Coordination and operational HR.
Position Responsibilities:
Will be part of the HR Department, serving as a generalist HR which will include (but not limited to) Employee Engagement / Relations, Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, Training Coordination, Benefits / Medical processing and HR administrative support.
Support Management team in administrative and some operational functions.
May be assigned other administrative functions from time to time.
Position Requirements:
Diploma holder only in Human Resources or related field.
1 to 2 years working experience in generalist HR functions - recruitment, benefits, HR administration.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Good knowledge in Singapore Labour Laws and Legislations.
