Assistant Warehouse Manager (Tuas)

Location: Tuas West

Working hours: 08:00 to 17:45 (Monday to Friday)

Bonus and allowances provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning warehouse space
• Planning manpower resources
• Planning for efficiency in the warehouse - Using technology and innovation
• Responsible for profit and loss
• Answer customer queries on a day-to-day basis
• Attending KPI meetings with clients
• Planning training for the department
• Managing customer service officers
• Provide training for new employees
• Hands-On Approach
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Experience in 3PL Operations
• Experience in warehouse operations and space utilization planning
• Proficient in planning of warehouse operations
• Proficient in manpower allocation planning and training
• Knowledge of TAPA, GMP, GDP, Halal, and other certifications
• Experience in risk assessment
• Knowledge of innovation and technology employment
