Head of Partner Sales - APAC

THE ROLE
This position will report into the EVP Global Alliances and Partner Ecosystem with a dotted line into the Managing Director, APAC region. The role manages the sales process to existing and new partner relationships in APAC. Your main drivers will be to identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to help drive sales across Asia Pacific and to drive partner sales across the Temenos multi-product portfolio.
OPPORTUNITIES
- You will articulate and demonstrate Temenos digital-first solutions through strategic value-based selling, building strong business cases, developing a return-on-investment analysis, and using other references and industry data to build relationships at multiple levels and ultimately drive deals from inception to close.
- You will manage the full sales cycle through partners, developing a sustainable and meaningful relationship position with them, producing measurable qualitative and quantitative results based on targets.
- You will structure partner relationships within relevant go-to-market, integrating partner potential, market opportunities, and dynamics under constraint, developing consistently and complementarily the region partner ecosystem while avoiding channel conflicts and optimizing Temenos' long-term revenue.
- You will be responsible for onboarding strong sales partners through which you will achieve your own personal sales quota/target.
- You're responsible for the due diligence, compliance, and KPIs of the partner.
- You will act as the partner channel interface into Temenos with a key focus on driving sales execution and expanding Temenos' reach into identified markets.
SKILLS
- You will have knowledge of principles and methods for promoting, presenting, and selling engaging value propositions, including marketing strategy, tactics, and sales techniques relating to business development and strategic account management, such as Target Account Selling (TAS) skills.
- You should have general knowledge of banking applications, computer hardware, and software, including business processes (retail banking, asset management, custody, etc.) as well as core banking and related solutions prevalent to the APAC market.
- You should have experience with sales in the APAC region in question and a proven track record of relations with established market partners and alliances, such as Deloitte, Accenture, etc.
- You should have a university education in relevant business disciplines, preferably with a post-graduate degree.
- You should have effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. International exposure and ability to be deployed across regions as required.
