At Hubble, we are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Product Manager to lead product vision, commercialization, and growth. You will work closely with C-level leadership, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to build impactful B2B SaaS solutions that drive revenue, market share, and customer success. This is not a project management or Scrum Master role—we need a product leader who understands business impact and how to scale a B2B SaaS product.
What You Will be Doing
1. Product Strategy & Commercialization
- Work directly with C-level leadership to develop customized, high-impact software solutions that meet client and market needs.
- Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for products, including pricing, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Assess and optimize sales and market share performance, working closely with the CEO and Business Development, and Marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion.
- Appraise new product ideas based on market research, user feedback, and competitor analysis to identify scalable opportunities.
2. Customer-Centric Product Development
- Bridge the gap between business and engineering, ensuring features are prioritized to maximize business impact and product-market fit.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to craft delightful, intuitive experiences that drive adoption and retention.
- Review and refine product specifications, scoping out new features and innovations based on customer needs, industry trends, and technical feasibility.
- Continuously iterate on the product, gathering insights from customers, engineering advancements, and market shifts.
3. Execution & Stakeholder Alignment
- Own the product roadmap—aligning business priorities, development timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Implement effective product management processes to ensure fast-paced execution and delivery.
- Coordinate with Engineering to ensure the right systems and infrastructure support business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to bring high-quality products to market, from ideation to launch and beyond.

What we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree with excellent academic results.
- 4-7 years of product management experience.
- Strong business acumen with a passion to commercialise products.
- Background in UI/UX design and/or product development preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must. There is a lot of written communication in this role and you will need to enjoy writing.
- Good analytical skills, sense of ownership, team player and results-oriented.
- Ability to think out of the box.
