Our client, a well-established MNC in the Lifestyle and Hospitality sector, is seeking a Head of Facilities Management to support ongoing growth. This pivotal role will oversee the strategic planning, development, and management of all facilities and engineering operations within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the facilities and engineering functions, ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and enhancement of physical assets and infrastructure.
• Drive the alignment of facilities and services with the company’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Director to implement innovative solutions for operational efficiency and sustainability.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in facilities management and engineering, including a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
• Strong strategic and operational leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage complex facilities portfolios.
