Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services.
• Assist and guide patients on the use of self-service kiosks and digital services.
• Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Able to commence work immediately or on short notice.
