We are looking for a versatile and motivated HR to join our team for a 6-month internship/ part time, combining responsibilities in Social Media Marketing and Organizational Development. This dual-role opportunity is perfect for candidates who are creative, analytical, and passionate about contributing to both the external and internal growth of the organization.
Social Media Marketing
Develop engaging and trendy social media content, including captions, visuals, and videos, tailored for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and strategic objectives. Assist in creating a social media content calendar that supports marketing campaigns and organizational goals.
Schedule and monitor posts using social media management tools.
Monitor content performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance engagement and reach.
Organizational Development
Assist in planning, designing and implementing organizational development programs, including training, team-building, and change management initiatives
Create presentations, reports, and resources to support training and development efforts.
Help evaluate the effectiveness of OD initiatives and provide solutions for improvement.
Assist in facilitating workshops, team meetings, and focus groups
What we are looking for in a HR Projects Assistant/Intern
Pursuing a degree, or possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, OBHR, Business Administration/Management, or related fields.
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media management tools.
