Responsibilities:

1. Document and define Factory & Production processes and procedures across the Group
2. Lead initiatives to automate and optimize factory and production processes, ensuring greater efficiency and reduced manual intervention
3. Recommend and implement improvements to processes and process automation
4. Deploy and implement the Production processes and procedures in Singapore and overseas
5. Manage and optimize the next-gen production system for switchgear manufacturing and assembly
6. Perform any other duties related to operations and process engineering

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in process engineering within the manufacturing environment
3. Willingness to travel overseas frequently (South East Asia)
