About the Role:
- Coordinate with contractors to maintain the common areas such as cleaning, conservancy, landscaping, and horticultural work, as well as improvement and cyclical projects at public housing flats in designated Town Councils.
- Conduct inspections on the ground and follow up with the contractors on the rectification of the defects.
- Follow up with the issuance of work orders to contractors and check on the rectification of works and process payments.
- Engage and manage residents’ feedback and carry out call back service when the defects are rectified.
- Discuss and follow up on maintenance issues with grassroots leaders.
- Assist grassroots leaders in organizing grassroots activities.
- Attend MP’s house visits, grassroots, and upgrading meetings after office hours.
- Attend to urgent cases referred by the Manager, grassroots leaders, and EMSU.
- Conduct cross audits of estate inspections, arrears visitations, and special duties when assigned.
About You:
- Minimum Higher/Nitec with 1-2 years of relevant experience in property/estate/facilities management or building/facilities maintenance.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
