Manage sales/purchase order and issuance of contract by using in house system to ensure accuracy
Handle risk management of market movement, customer credit monitoring & application, contracts and inventories
Develop strong business building relationship with existing accounts and expand new sales/purchase accounts in both local & overseas markets
Liaise with suppliers and customers to plan and manage logistics processes including freight forwarding, insurance, etc. according to the contractual requirement.
Management of budget and accounting issues within the department and provide guidance to sales coordinators in daily administrative duties
The Talent
Minimum Degree qualification in Business or related field
1 to 3 years of local, regional or international sales experience (import/export sales)
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good analytical skills, negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills
Team player, good attitude and positive thinking towards change
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Able to travel for business purposes to countries such as S.E.Asia, India, China and Africa occasionally
