Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded promptly.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, manage vendor payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Budgeting & Reporting: Assist in budget preparation and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, ensuring consistency between internal records and bank statements.
Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
Human Resources Duties:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from drafting job ads to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
Employee Records Management: Maintain and update confidential employee records and HR databases.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Process payroll accurately and manage employee benefits, addressing any related inquiries.
Policy Development: Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations: Support a positive work environment by resolving employee concerns and promoting clear communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting and HR functions.
Strong knowledge of financial principles and HR best practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and HR management systems.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English & Mandarin (Read & Write) is required.
