About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at Kenanga Guestserve Solution Sdn Bhd. As our Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and strategic decision-making processes of our company. This full-time position is based in Singapore's Central Region.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives
• Preparing and analysing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team
• Managing the company's accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, policies, and best practices
• Leading and mentoring the finance team to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Partnering with other departments to provide financial expertise and support business initiatives
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of at least 8 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry
• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide data-driven insights
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a finance team
• Proficiency in using financial software and data analysis tools
