Responsible for the successful project management, implementation and handover within specified schedule, budget and meeting client’s expectations, relevant regulatory and safety requirements.
Full-time supervision of onsite project operations and project teams to ensure on-time project delivery according to the planned schedule and within the allocated resources.
Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and relevant authorities on design, work progress, quality, safety, and schedules.
Job Requirements
Understand the cost price, prepare quotations, bid for projects, and communicate with customers to understand their needs and feedback.
At least a Diploma (Business Administration, Quantity Surveying) is required, with M&E related experience. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), understanding of M&E materials, services, and industry terminology, and ability to interpret technical diagrams is essential.
