Responsibilities

• Manage cases and provide counseling to clients.
• Assess clients’ needs and conditions, including psychosocial and financial aspects.
• Refer clients to appropriate agencies and handle referral cases.
• Conduct training for caregivers and internal staff.
• Participate in in-house training programs.

Requirements

• Min Nitec level
• WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Operating Theatre Support) or relevant working experience as an Operating Theatre Technician is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
