Pre-Sales Solution Architect (Data & AI) (109)

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, or any related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution architecture role, with a focus on data and AI.
• Strong understanding of data platforms (e.g., Databricks), LLM models, Open-Source Platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python).
• Extensive knowledge of cloud computing technologies and services, particularly those related to data and AI (e.g., AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).
• Proven experience in designing and presenting data and AI solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities for data and AI solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
• Design and present tailored data and AI solutions that address customer needs and demonstrate the value of our offerings.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops to showcase the capabilities of our data and AI solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the benefits and ROI of our solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the sales cycle, including solution architecture, integration, and deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data and AI technologies to provide thought leadership and strategic insights.
