Jobscope:

1. Plan and Execute Maintenance Activities:
   Prepare, schedule, and oversee daily, ad-hoc, and shutdown maintenance tasks to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to budget.
2. Team Leadership and Development:
   Supervise and mentor a team of Seniors/Superintendents, providing guidance and technical support as needed.
3. Maintenance Strategy and Documentation:
   Evaluate and update maintenance plans, procedures, and critical equipment lists while ensuring compliance with ISO and documentation standards.
4. Technical Analysis and Improvement Initiatives:
   Analyze equipment data for preventive measures, lead troubleshooting of complex issues, and propose and implement improvement projects.
5. Training and Collaboration:
   Conduct technical training sessions, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage minor engineering modifications focused on Electrical & Instrumentation.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in petrochemical/pharmaceutical industries.
2. Sound technical knowledge of the functionality of common chemical processing plant electrical equipment, process instruments, and process control systems (e.g., AC motors, analyzers, control valves, pressure transmitters, level transmitters, etc.).
3. Good skills in electric equipment and instrument troubleshooting, as well as an understanding of the process plant maintenance work execution process.
4. Ability to work independently and lead a team, with self-initiative, good problem-solving skills, meticulousness, and the ability to cope with executing multiple tasks within planned schedules.
5. Available to start work immediately or with a short notice period is an added advantage.
6. Willing to work in Jurong Island.
