Lead, manage, supervise and control Companies in-house and external Contractors for all electrical & instrumentation maintenance works related to planning & execution of:
daily maintenance including facility E & I related maintenance [preventive, corrective, & emergency maintenance],
grade change maintenance,
shutdown maintenance,
upgrading and improvement related to maintenance,
simple modification work for improvement.
Establish, continually improve & implement safe, efficient and effective preventive / predictive maintenance programs and procedures to achieve the highest equipment reliability & availability objective.
Manage & maintain reliable and accurate asset maintenance records to provide good maintenance history for future reference and troubleshooting purposes.
Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis studies of equipment failures, recurring breakdowns, and equipment defects, and take effective corrective & preventive measures to sustain and improve equipment performance integrity & reliability.
Optimize & manage E&I maintenance inventory levels of critical & non-critical equipment spare parts, consumables, tools to ensure relevant parts are always available on time, on spec and in quantity.
Arrange periodically for calibration of critical process instruments and maintain updated & accurate records for all calibrations carried out.
Ensure all E&I maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with the Companies HSEQ Standards, statutory requirements, Company Maintenance & Management System, and best industry maintenance practices.
Order equipment, materials, supplies, parts & services required by maintenance or projects.
Our Requirements:
Obtained knowledge through diploma/degree in electronics/electrical engineering.
Having a minimum of 3-5 years of industrial experience in maintenance planning and execution of process plant/manufacturing plant (instrumentation, electrical power such as switch gear, MCC, motor).
Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Independent and able to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Familiar with SAP Plant Maintenance Module.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and planning skills.
Good technical writing skills.
Able to commit to 24 hours standby in case of plant trouble.
Demonstrated oral/written communication skills: presents information and ideas to individuals or groups in an articulate and organized way, appropriate to the audience, and under a wide range of communication situations.
Strong problem analysis, judgment, and decision-making skills.
Computer skills are required including MS Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong administrative, documentation, and reporting skills.
Good interpersonal skills with a broad range of personnel.
