E-commerce & Warehouse Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an E-commerce & Warehouse Integration Specialist. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between our e-commerce platform powered by Mirakl and our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

Mirakl Integration:

1. Manage and maintain seamless integrations between Mirakl and our warehouse management system (WMS) plus Microsoft Excel.
2. Configure and map data fields (products, orders, inventory, etc.) between Mirakl and WMS to ensure accurate flow of information.
3. Develop and implement workflows to automate order processing, fulfillment, and inventory updates based on Mirakl activity.
4. Monitor integrations for errors and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
5. Stay updated on the latest Mirakl API features and leverage them to optimize integrations.

Warehouse Operations Duties:

1. Process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and condition of goods against Mirakl purchase orders.
2. Pick, pack, and ship orders according to Mirakl specifications and customer requirements.
3. Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS, reflecting real-time stock levels in Mirakl.
4. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to fulfill Mirakl orders efficiently.
5. Identify and resolve discrepancies between Mirakl orders and physical inventory, ensuring order accuracy.
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
7. Analyze data from both platforms to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and accuracy of order fulfillment.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., e-commerce, marketing, sales, and warehouse) to identify and implement best practices for Mirakl integration and warehouse operations.
9. Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and warehouse procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Any Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations.
2. Proven experience working with Mirakl software and understanding its functionalities.
3. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel Macro Programming.

Bonus points:

1. Total knowledge about warehouse integrated with e-commerce platforms.
2. Experience with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
3. Experience with API integrations.
4. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
5. Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python).
