E-Commerce Specialist / Executive

We are hiring to expand our e-commerce team based in Singapore, with a primary focus on managing and optimizing operations on Amazon and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Description: Ecommerce Executive

1. Shopify Management:

• Update inventory and ensure accuracy.
• Participate in the planning of promotions with the team.
• Execute promotional campaigns, including website updates and email blasts.
• Collaborate with designers to prepare and dispatch email blasts.
• Oversee the timely preparation and execution of design assets.
• Generate and prepare performance reports.

2. Amazon Marketplace Management:

• Monitor listing health and buybox status.
• Manage compliance appeals and resolve product restriction issues.
• Update product listings in line with team analysis to improve visibility and sales.
• Assist in keyword research to enhance listing relevance and performance.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon).
• Experience collaborating with designers for design execution.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with promotional planning and email marketing.
• Analytical mindset to track and enhance performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
