Job Scope:
Be responsible for business development and operations across multiple platforms (Lazada, Shopee);
Plan product layout and operational strategies for e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia;
Monitor daily operational data, formulate corresponding operational strategies based on data analysis to enhance store user stickiness and improve user experience;
Collect and analyze market information, grasp market dynamics, and formulate and adjust product pricing and promotion plans
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields, with over 3 years of e-commerce operational experience in Southeast Asia.
Able to communicate proficiently in Chinese and English for work. Thai language proficiency is a plus.
Proficient in e-commerce platform operation processes, site operation rules and techniques, skilled in data-driven operations, with a deep understanding and insights into the e-commerce industry. Must have concurrent operational experience on both Shopee and Lazada.
Strong overall planning and coordination abilities, results-oriented, strong data analysis skills, and clear logical thinking.
Prior experience in operating 3C digital products, electronic products, or high-ticket items on Southeast Asian platforms is preferred. 3C digital products, electronics, or high-ticket items on Southeast Asian platforms is preferred.
Work Environment:
This role is based in Singapore with regular travel to China.
